ORDER PROCESSING
All E-Moto Rack orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays are expected.
SHIPPING METHODS
E-Moto Rack ships throughout the United States using major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other freight providers as needed.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination, package size, and carrier availability.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, may be offered from time to time and are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
E-Moto Rack is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Carrier service interruptions
• Labor disruptions
• Customs delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
E-Moto Rack is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, lost packages, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment arrives damaged:

Retain all packaging materials.

Take photographs of the package and product.

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees where permitted by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, E-Moto Rack primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping availability, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
