Want a different configuration? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unused items. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged Shipment? Act Within 5 Business Days.

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 5 business days of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately at contact@jptaylorgroup.com. Claims submitted after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Every eMotorack carrier is laser-cut, welded, and powder coated in-house at our Roseville, CA facility. We know exactly what goes into every rack — and we're confident enough in our craftsmanship to back it with a lifetime warranty on fabrication defects.

Any weld that fails under normal use is covered for the life of the product.
