Return Policy
30-day window from date of delivery
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. No questions asked — as long as the item is unused and unmounted.
Unused & Unmounted Only
Returns are accepted on items in original, uninstalled condition. Once a carrier has been mounted to a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Exchanges
Want a different configuration? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unused items. Contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged Shipment? Act Within 7 Days.
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately at support@emotorack.com. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Lifetime Fabrication Warranty
Because we build it, we stand behind it — forever.
Every eMotorack carrier is laser-cut, welded, and powder coated in-house at our Roseville, CA facility. We know exactly what goes into every rack — and we're confident enough in our craftsmanship to back it with a lifetime warranty on fabrication defects.
Structural Weld Failures
Any weld that fails under normal use is covered for the life of the product.
Steel Cracks & Fractures
Material cracks or fractures resulting from manufacturing are covered at no cost.
Manufacturing Defects
Any defect originating from our fabrication process will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.
What's not covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, damage from overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation, or modifications made to the product. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Shipping Policy
Fast fulfillment from Roseville, CA
1–3 Business Day Processing
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because we manufacture in-house, we're never waiting on a supplier — your rack is ready when you order.
Tracking Provided
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. Follow your rack from our facility to your door.
Carrier-Calculated Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight via UPS or FedEx. We ship to all 50 US states.
